The Sydney Chocolate School trains budding chocolatiers the traditional French technique of hand tempering on marble.

Level One concentrates on students understanding the principles of tempering and practical demonstration of this art.

Established in 2011, over 15,000 delegates have mastered the art of tempering at The Sydney Chocolate School.
