Centennial Parklands

One of Sydney’s most romantic and iconic outdoor venues and just 10 minutes from the Sydney CBD. The Parklands offer a wide-ranging variety of outdoor settings for your wedding ceremony, photography and reception. Choose from a variety of beautiful settings and backdrops including formal gardens, wooded groves, open lawns natural water features.

Take the rare chance to stay or celebrate in Sydney’s iconic Parklands at The Residences. These two historic homes (circa 1880s) are beautifully restored blending old world charm with modern amenities. The onsite restaurant, managed by the experienced team at Trippas White, offers catering or a comprehensive list of suppliers can be provided.

Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney

Celebrate your special day surrounded by natural beauty at one of Sydney’s ultimate outdoor wedding venues. With manicured grounds, large lawn spaces and unsurpassed views of The Sydney Opera House, harbour foreshore and iconic views of the Harbour Bridge, the Garden will absolutely impress your guests. Photography, ceremony and reception options are endless with the Garden boasting 12 wedding ceremony locations and 8 reception venues in just under a 5 minute walk from the CBD.

The Garden is suitable for weddings all year – no matter the season and can host up to 500 guests. With experienced onsite restaurants that cater, the professional staff and accommodation in close proximity, the Garden isn’t just a stunning spot but also a stress-free option for your special day.

Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan

With stunning views, natural settings, and beautiful gardens, The Australian Botanic Garden is south-west Sydney’s premier outdoor location for weddings, receptions and photography. This venue is just 45 minutes from the CBD and can host 2-600 guests.

The Garden has an onsite restaurant experience in catering plus it’s close to the historical town of Camden which has heritage listed accommodation that your guests can stay. Keep the memories forever make sure you visit the other 1,000 acres of photographic backdrops to choose from. Suitable for weddings any time of the year, the Garden is most popular during spring while the daisies and wattles are on full display.

Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah

Less than two hours from Sydney and located in a World Heritage Area, this cool climate garden is a breath-taking destination for a wedding or photography. This location is suitable for 2-200 guests and has onsite accommodation and even a helicopter pad for brides that want to make their entrance extra special.

September to November and March to May are the best months to marry in the Garden because of the spectacular Spring blooms and the vibrant colours when the leaves change in Autumn. The friendly venue coordinators can provide a long list of experienced suppliers that have worked in the Garden before but the onsite restaurant, The Potager Mount Tomah, re-opened under new management that has been widely received as exceptional wedding caterers too.

Most popular site is Wedding Tree Terrace with expansive, panoramic views of the Blue Mountains.
