In 2016, over 6,800 buyers across three days came through the doors with over 200 million in business generated between exhibitors and visitors. It is expected that over 10,000 will visit the PBE.

The Sydney expo will be running from Friday 20th October to Sunday 22nd October, 10am to 5pm daily. It will be held at the ICC Sydney – International Convention Centre, located in the heart of Darling Harbour.

The Property Buyer Expo is a must see for those wanting to get a head start into the property market, those who are interested in building wealth through property investments, or those desiring to upgrade their home or simply looking to gain the latest insights in the real estate market.

“We are thrilled to be hosting Australia’s largest property buyer and investor expo for the 4th time,” says Pascal Ibrahim, Managing Director of Hall 7, and Organiser of the Property Buyer Expo. “The property industry is dynamic, it’s important that we stay at the forefront of all the opportunities and challenges facing property buyers and investors. We have a fantastic line up of industry gurus and exhibitors to educate attendees about all the secrets to investing, renovating and building property portfolios. This is an opportunity not to be missed, it is the one time when we have everyone under one roof!”

Property Buyer Expo has a wide range of industry leaders who will be sharing their insights and strategies to take advantage of current market conditions during the three day expo. Incorporating key themes around innovation and the future of property, expert speakers include Effie Zahos, Chris Gray, Dr Andrew Wilson, Margaret Lomas to name a few. Speakers will be covering a variety of topics ranging from finding out the top 10 suburbs that have double digit yield and good capital growth, the alternative property investments worth considering, exploring the house of the future and solutions around housing affordability. Speakers will also share the latest trends in rentvesting, strategies for parents to help their children enter the housing market and much more.

The expo brings together over 120 exhibitors from all areas of the property industry including property marketers, property developers, buyers agents, mortgage brokers, investment specialists, real estate agents and more.
