Baron Samedi Spiced presents 'After Dark'

Revel in the darkness and celebrate the longest night of the year with Baron Samedi Spiced.

Baron Samedi Spiced, inspired by the Voodoo guardian of the underworld, will host ‘After Dark’, an evening full of adventure, imagination and creativity at iconic Sydney venue The Argyle.

As the sun goes down on the eve of winter solstice, celebrate with a unique lightshow inspired by Haitian Vodou culture and a live art performance by UV paint artist Megan Hales inspired by darkness.

Three bespoke Baron Samedi Spiced cocktails have been created especially for the astronomical phenomenon.

Summon the Baron ($10), a super refreshing blend of Baron Samedi Spiced, ginger beer and fresh lime.

Spiced Espresso Martini ($14), chocolate and spice and all things nice. Baron Samedi Spiced, coffee liqueur and espresso, garnished with chocolate.

Baron’s Daiquiri ($14), The Baron’s take on a classic, served over ice.
