Truffle Dinner Series at The Cannery Rosebery

This August is Truffle month in Australia and to celebrate Frenchies Bistro & Brewery located at The Cannery, Rosebery, has created two exciting Truffle Dinner experiences in August.

Did you know that Truffle is one of the most expensive ingredients in the world? That’s why it’s called the Black Diamond.

The Truffle Dinner special menu created by Frenchies chef Thomas Cauquil includes a five course degustation menu, with truffle in all dishes. Thomas has sourced the Black Truffle locally, in New South Wales.

To accompany the meal, Frenchies master brewer, Vincent de Soyres, has chosen his best “Bières de Garde” to pair with the precious mushroom. That includes La Boussole, a Grand Cru beer that has been ageing in barrels for over 3 months.

Frenchies delivers a produce-driven cuisine, which showcases true modern French bistronomy and works closely with a handful of local producers, farmers, fisherman and providers to ensure the best produce for the season.

Dates: Friday 9th August and Friday 16th August.
