Mental health charity, The Banksia Project is hosting a Garden Room event dedicated to addressing mental health in the music industry.
Supported by ARIA and Support Act. the evening will include a panel of high profile guests - Shannon Noll, Timomatic, Mel Greig, Nick Broadhurst and music industry heavyweights, Bill Cullen and Francis Coady - who will share lived experiences and industry tips on how to overcome daily to long-term challenges.

ABOUT

The Banksia Project is a mental health charity that focuses on helping men maintain their mental health through free monthly meetings throughout NSW called Growth Rooms.
The program, developed by mental health professionals, industry leaders and other key professional bodies, provides peer to peer support in safe and supportive environments. Led by trained volunteers with an on-call psychologist available, Growth Rooms provide men with practical skills to prepare for life’s challenges.
Through its free Garden Room events, The Banksia Project invites speakers, who have a lived experience or are a leader in their respective fields, to share their journey and learnings to an open forum audience
