The SOUTHEAST Aboriginal Arts Market, curated by Wiradjuri and Kamilaroi artist Jonathan Jones, returns to Carriageworks on Gadigal Country this November, showcasing the creative diversity of south-east Australian Aboriginal art.
Over two days, 32 independent Aboriginal artists and collectives will showcase thousands of traditional and contemporary artworks for sale, including ceramics, jewellery, weaving, carving, textiles, photography, painting, and prints. This is a unique opportunity to meet the artists and learn about Aboriginal cultures across NSW, ACT, Victoria, the Murray–Darling basin, and Tasmania, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the artists.
