This September, Cardea invites you to chase the intrigue with Rebel Rabbit - a theatrical, chilli-laced cocktail that’s equal parts fancy and wild. Created in collaboration with Savage Rabbit Vodka - recently crowned Vodka of the Year at the 2025 Melbourne International Spirits Competition - this limited-edition serve blends jalapeño citrus cordial, grapefruit soda and a Tajin-chilli rim with the premium Slovakian vodka.

Expect smoky, zesty flavours, head-turning garnishes, and moody, velvet-lined vibes. The cocktail was crafted by Cardea’s award-winning Head Mixologist, George Bekarian, and is available all month long.
Savage Rabbit is vodka’s bold new player. Distilled in Slovakia’s Tatra Mountains from winter wheat and rye, it’s chilled to -3°C and triple-filtered through charcoal, silver and platinum for a silky-smooth finish with notes of melon, almond and white pepper.
