This summer, families are invited to step away from screens and into a world built entirely by imagination and real life connection as City of Wonder: Wildflower Edition returns, this time to the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney from 19 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.

Following its sell-out season at the Sydney Opera House earlier this year, the hit immersive experience by Kidwonder invites children to become architects, dreamers, and problem-solvers, transforming 75,000 100% recycled-plastic planks into an awe-inspiring city that grows, wobbles, and topples in the name of creativity.

Families can take on playful building challenges, explore wildflower meadow installations, join guided Wonder Workshops, try their luck at the Lucky Plank Claw Machine, or even create side-by-side with international artist Raffaele Salvoldi in the exclusive VIP Artist Experience.

Blending art, play, sustainability and STEM, City of Wonder is a joyful reminder that the best kind of learning happens away from devices through laughter, collaboration, and hands-on creativity.
