We all know someone who is feeling lonely. Needs encouragement. Is going through a tough time. Struggling with their mental health. Maybe it's your friend, family member, neighbour, work colleague. Or perhaps it's you. The mission for our not-for-profit organisation is to help people feel good again. By encouraging people to just say YES - particularly when it feels like all you want to do is say no.

Walking has a huge impact on your mental health and happiness. Fresh air. Nature. Community. Mindfulness. The list goes on! Walk for your mental health and wellbeing.
Bring a friend. Take photos. Join our community.
